Poll: Will Google's Nexus One kill the iPhone?

I suppose I'm one of the last holdouts among American twentysomethings (and especially among vicenarians working in journalism) in the smart-phone revolution. I'm still attached to the free Motorolla flip-phone that was already obsolete by the time I inked a two-year contract with Verizon in summer 2007, and I'm reluctant to part with the freedom of finally being on a month-to-month basis with a cellphone carrier (hence my hesitance to buy into the marriage with AT&T that comes with having an iPhone).

But I have to admit: There is something seductive about Google's Nexus One, unveiled today at the Internet search sovereign's headquarters in Silicon Valley. I suppose I feel the pangs of gadget envy, even though it would be foolish to pay $529 for an unlocked version of the phone when the Nexus One will be available from Verizon this spring. (The phone is also available today for $179 if you're willing to sign a two-year agreement with T-Mobile.)
